I visited Kenosha Nissan after a terrible experience at a different dealership near by. From the moment I arrived my experience was night and day from that of the other dealership. Never, never, never purchase a car at night and NEVER trust what is said about anything. Get EVERYTHING in writing, no matter how small. My issues may not amount to much but it is to me. I had 2 must haves, must honor the final price and only run my credit once. (Due to refinancing my mortgage). They agreed. Days later I found they shopped me out to 5 lenders. When I called about this I was told it was due to the high mileage of the car. They knew this going into the sale and they never informed me. I would have waited to make this purchase. I requested a manufacturer manual on the vehicle and was told by my salesman, Leo, he would provide that and has not. Then they broke my rear windshield wiper before delivering the car and 23 days later it is still not repaired. When I called Leo he seemed irritated and did not answer my question. Simply said the would call me and I am still waiting. The hood of the car is pitted, which I could not see at night, so I am also waiting for them to call me to schedule the touch up which I have to pay for and they still have not confirmed the price of $100.00. Which admittedly is a really good deal. 23 days later and I am still waiting. Time to be proactive. Conclusion: The day after I wrote this they called. They fixed the wiper, touched up the paint and buffed the car at no charge. I also have a manual to teach me how to use my car and troubleshoot down the line. I would like to thank Allison for always going above and beyond and being kind I also want to thank the Store manager, Mr Pepper, for listening to my frustrated tirade and assuring me it will be OK and they will take care of it. In the end I am grateful for the work and having my car back. It looks beautiful. Communication is key. More
