Oil change I've dealt with many of your employees at Kenosha Nissan and many were unpersonable and rude including Will the finance manager, who I not only had to I've dealt with many of your employees at Kenosha Nissan and many were unpersonable and rude including Will the finance manager, who I not only had to deal with when I bought the car (and had to listen to him yell at Brenda who sold me the car, while I was sitting in his office), but also when he didn't uphold his promise of three free oil changes he offered when I bought the car. Luckily, the service manager (can't remember his name) sided with me and he made Will sign something saying he offered me three free oil changes. Also, I was frustrated when some of your employees couldn't figure out how to put my hub caps on after I bought the car and I received a phone call from Will asking why I was cussing his employees out which was untrue. So basically my first four visits to your dealership were not good and I felt like I wasn't being treated as a valued customer. This last visit, however, was great. First off, I didn't see Will and I dealt with Ken who was amazing. He took my call, fit me in for an oil change on short notice, and was waiting for me when I pulled into the service garage. He greeted me with an upbeat and friendly attitude and I finally felt like a valued customer. Ken confirmed I was getting a full service synthetic oil change, took my car back right away and got to work. Whereas my other three previous oil changes took about an hour, Ken got it done in 20 to 30 minutes. He found me in the lobby, went over everything he checked on my car with me and even advised me that I was putting too much air in my tires. I've never felt so taken care of. Ken directed me to the counter to pay for the oil change but he didn't just disappear. He was waiting by my car to see me off and he even ran my car through the car wash without me even asking. Ken is an all star employee and should be your model employee for all your future new hires. I hope he stays there a while because I will be requesting him for all my future visits and if he isn't working that day, I will come on a day when he is working. Ken you are an amazing employee and I really appreciate it! THANKS KEN! More

We originally went to look at the 2020 Nissan Kicks, it was a really nice car with amazing features but the space was a little tight. Tony didn’t try to pressure us into something else and let us leave without making us feel guilty or we missed an opportunity. When we got home from the dealer we really did our research on other cars. We loved the way they treated and really wanted to give them our business. We later went back to Kenosha that same day we left and bought a 2017 Nissan Altima. The car is AMAZING and we ended up with a way better deal than with the brand new car we were originally looking at. 10/10 will recommend!!! More

Overall a good experience, they did not show the car prior to our arrival even though someone else was there and interested, this was very much appreciated. We were happy with the sales person, but did not appreciate the hard sell of the paint protection and extended warranty. After you make the deal, you are shuffled into 2 offices to add additional costs. The final slick finance sales guy was rude when we did not add an additional 2K to our bill. We were told a dent would be repaired days later at our house, when the dent guy arrived he said it needed to go to the shop, we were told he would be able to fix it without additional cost. He sort of fixed it, as we were not interested in paying more. 7.5 out of 10 experience. More

My experience was excellent, Felix, Lillian and the entire service department were friendly, helpful and professional. I also dealt with Bill, the sales manager and he instantly made me feel welcome an entire service department were friendly, helpful and professional.
