Horrible experience in addressing my vehicle recall remedy. I got a mailer from Hyundai to schedule an appointment for an urgent safety recall. I set up an appointment online. They transferred me from one line to another and no one answered my question. After that I called another day and they confirmed every was all set. I even got a confirmation call from them before the day of appointment saying its all set. When I arrived Dan DeFreitas the service advisor just told me the part was not available and apologized for my wasted time. I told him that I was not told this when I talked to them multiple times before driving up. But he just sai daorry and handed over the key. I found him very blunt, smile-less face and wanted to quickly end the interaction. Very disappointed with the overall service and lack of care fot customers and their time. More

Steven was so helpful and patient with myself and the two children that I dragged with me… it meant so much to me he took his time and concentrated on us.
