Thanks for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration of having to pay for a rental car that you didn’t need. It sounds like we were able to get your car fixed sooner than expected and hopefully the rental car company will consider refunding you for what you didn’t use. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over their policies.
