The service department does not return phone calls, they have have an arrogant attitude when you tell them you called several times mean while all the time while discussing the matter 2 employees are laughi have have an arrogant attitude when you tell them you called several times mean while all the time while discussing the matter 2 employees are laughing and shooting the xxxx on their cell phone. We waited in the waiting room for 4 hours on the 1st appointment unnecessarily and the next appointment told service after we were told an hour at the door we would get a ride and the girl kept saying it wouldn't be long. They really need to get their customer service procedures in order, I was going to look at another Hyundai while I was there but after these 2 episodes I will go buy a car at another dealer More
