Very bad service department all stats with the manager I brought my vehicle in for a simple hood latch cable that was stretched when they check it out and order the part they gave me the car back and didn' I brought my vehicle in for a simple hood latch cable that was stretched when they check it out and order the part they gave me the car back and didn't even put the car back together properly the plastic inside covering was hanging off so then I finally bring it back and I decide to try to pry the hood open with a tool and destroy my front grill I told him I didn't want Bondo because I know if you paint over paint it's going to make a different color note they bonded it and painted it now my car looks like it's been in an accident I should have did the right thing in the first place they tried to hide it and get out cheap instead they put Bondo on that's going to eventually probably fall off instead of putting on a new front end that they ruined More

She really went out of her way to give me all the information I needed to make a decision on trading in my lease. When I went to the dealer, Nancy and Stepahnie both greeted me. I wasn't sure what to expect, thought I would have to do everything I did online with Stephanie again, but I did NOT. Everything Stephanie and I talked about was ready and waiting for me. Nancy was super and easy to work with. She did all the paperwork as Stephanie and I discussed. There were no surprises. I would highly recomment using Key Hyundai in Salem to anyone. Especially if you don't have a lot of time to sit in the dealership. Thank you both for making this a good experience for me. More

OUTSTANDING service, GREAT staff!!! Brought my Mustang in for an airbag recall. Everyone from the Service Writer to the Mechanics treated my baby like it was their baby. Courteous and knowledgeable staff along with a nice waiting room, coffee, water, TV and free WiFi-- who could ask for more? Also, my car was finished ahead of time, and done right. Lastly, all customer areas and work areas were spotless! Combine all of that with a convenient location and you'll understand why I rated this place 5 stars. Exhaust Repair on 2018 Mustang GT I didn't meet the mechanic that repaired my Mustang, but Wayne the service writer did a super job at taking my fears away from worrying about my car. He came across as an honest, stand-up guy and after all was said and done, I'm really glad I took my car to Salem Ford and not another Ford dealer. More
