Awful - stat away Back in 2015 I purchased a car from this place. Problems side day one with it. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to bring my new car in for se Back in 2015 I purchased a car from this place. Problems side day one with it. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to bring my new car in for service. They always panhandle for a good review. Just recently about 3 weeks ago my engine completely died, I had to get it to them, Gary was super rude to me for no reason. I can’t remember a time where he hasn’t been rude to me. I never got any time line when my engine was going to be done and at one point he told me that I’d move to the back of the list if I kept calling to ask about it. That led me to call Hyundai corporate. They called key Hyundai and the rep comes back in and says to me” I can’t repeat what he just said about you” and when Gary was confronted with this by his manager and he had to aplogize, he blamed it on Hyundai corporate. I had to go chasing after money that I was supposed to be reimbursed. Yesterday while on my way to work, my engine light comes on. Upon opening my hood, I discover that there was no Fluids in the overflow tank nor my radiator. Bring the car to them and Gary tells me I am not allowed on property. They are refusing to honor the warranty on the engine. Take your car to someone else More
