Car Trouble I just bought this car in January, and its the first smart car or new(ish) car I have ever had. So I was worried when the warning light was going off. I brought it in thinking the worst, only to find out it was an easy fix, and they had the parts needed to fix it that day. Everyone was very nice and helpful, they kept me updated on where they were inthe process and even let m eknow about a possible error in the contract for my warrenty and who to see about fixing it. I am definetly going to be coming back due to my warrenty, but I would even if I didn't have it. This was the best experience I have ad when getting my car looked at! More

unprofessional & disorganized First, the good: I did end up buying an SUV here, because the price was right. Second, the not-so-good: Key doesn't seem to care about its curbside a First, the good: I did end up buying an SUV here, because the price was right. Second, the not-so-good: Key doesn't seem to care about its curbside appeal a bit; potholes everywhere, windows and doors that rattled with every gust of wind, chairs with the filling falling out, rusted desks. The team itself is disorganized and super unprofessional. They made me come back (a 1.5 hour round trip) after forgetting to have me sign one of the papers, and not giving me my spare key. I was told features existing on the car that didn't. I wasn't told no one was there to do my finances until I decided to purchase the car- so i had to come back the next day to do it. I was told my car would be delivered to me, and then my sales guy said he "didn't realize" no one could go with him to do it. It ended up getting done when i pushed back, but come on. ALL -- and I mean ALL -- of my information was entered incorrectly, and had to be redone- even the amount of my down payment was entered incorrectly, and dramatically changed my monthly payments once it was entered in right. People here don't seem to communicate with each other, and it shows. There is very little pride in their cars or their appearance as a dealership. Definitely felt pressured to commit to purchasing and got the typical "we can't go lower than XYZ and then suddenly, like magic, they dropped the price when i said i would just find something elsewhere. Typical sales tactics, atypical lack of care about the place itself. Disappointed overall and would never recommend them to anyone else. More
