Rich was a very personable and knowledgeable sales person. The only thing that I wish we had done differently is get more mileage. The Sync class was a terrific add-on. I learned a lot from the Sync Guru(I am sorry I have forgotten his name) and from a number of the people attending the class. His best advice was to get to know the steering wheel and button positions so we don't take our eyes off the road. I will definitely be using the Voice Sync a lot because of what I learned in the class. I do not know why I have to set up an account to rate this dealership.... :-( More
