I actually went to Key Scales Ford to get an oil change, etc. for my 2011 Ford Escape. While waiting, I looked at the new Escapes and loved the 2013 Ford Escape. I talked to Chad Howell and went for a "test etc. for my 2011 Ford Escape. While waiting, I looked at the new Escapes and loved the 2013 Ford Escape. I talked to Chad Howell and went for a "test drive" in a beautiful white one. They treated me very well and got the car in my price range, so I went home with my new Ford Escape!!! Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and it was a great experience. This is the 3rd. Ford I have bought from Key Scales, and I do recommend them to all of my friends. Trish More

Fred was a pleasure to work with, I feel we received a fair deal on our vehicle purchase. Don was great and not pushy and spent quite some time with me to make sure he showed me how to operate every option on my new car.
