Kentray Mercer was super helpful and knowledgeable about what Kia offered and what would best suit us! He showed us multiple trims before pulling up the one would be our best fit. I had a great experience with Kia of Columbus, this was my first time making a big purchase. I was very scared going into it but when I walked in I was greeted so respectfully. We actually went looking for a Kia, but everyone at Kia was more concerned about my happiness and budget, than making Kia a larger profit, that I purchased a gorgeous Ford explorer instead.
