I think my reps name was Rashad, something similar. He was amazing from day one. The car make and color I wanted was not available during my visit. I was sent a text of the photos, IT WAS THE EXACT CAR. We arrived that evening, paperwork was ready and the car was mine. The entire experience was the best car buying experience I have had since buying our last 8 cars or so. Paperwork was done in 15 mins or so. Rashad gave a brief introduction on the cars features, technology and the cars smart features. He also setup the Kia app on my phone as well.
