Because we came from 85 miles away, we couldn’t leave it overnigh We needed to bring our Suzuki in for a recall-related service, and they were great. Because we came from 85 miles away, we couldn’t leave it overnight (the service was expected to take several hours), but they promised to have it back that day, and did, even though they encountered some serious rust-related problems under the car. Brenda at the service desk, and the shuttle driver (whose name I don’t remember) were supremely helpful and courteous, and made our day in Columbus a good experience. More
