Always treated like family I called at the last minute for an appointment and was immediately scheduled for 9am on Saturday morning! The employees should have manners towards any customer. Also because I didn't have an appointment, I had to wait 2 more hours later because they were busy on break so I wait. When I came back they told me that I had to wait 1 hour more just to change my oil. The reason, this report is because I feel like ur employees should have manners towards any customer. More

Blue tooth I am having a problem with blue tooth and am told that my phone isn't authorized to use blue tooth, but for 4 years I had no problem and now I do. Also Iasked them to check the driver's shoulder harness as it doesn't always rewind fully and I was told that it was our of warranty by 6 weeks, so they couldn't do that. I had two recalls so I mentioned these problems at the same time. More
