This car that was purchased was for my granddaughter, who is 17. Joe and Erin were very helpful to her and no pressure was used on her to purchase the vehicle. Everything went well. They didn't fill up the gas tank or give me the spare key when I took the car home. It was a good experience though. I look forward to bringing my car in for oil changes.
