I purchased a Nissan Kicks. The closer committed fraudulent activities. I was not giving the sale price of 13,000.The deposit of 6,000 ( 3,800 for extended insurance and 2,000 The closer committed fraudulent activities. I was not giving the sale price of 13,000.The deposit of 6,000 ( 3,800 for extended insurance and 2,000 for house Kia insurane) was taking for the dealership and not applied towards my balance. The extended insurance was also placed on payment plan 3,800. Overall, this dealership was over charging for nearly 10,000 (6,000 plus 4,000 over the sale price). I went back to claim the scam and had to change the car within the three months of purchase because of the fraudulent financing activities made by the closer. I went back to claim the concerns and had to change the car within the three months of purchase because of the fraudulent financing made by the closer and all the fraud that transpired (purchased price 17,500 and I was told 13,000 plus 6,000 that went to the house). I was told that the 2,000 for the dealer's insurance can not be refunded. I was not informed of the dealer insurance nor did I agreed to the purchased of it. It was purely a scam by the closer and by the Kia in Cape Coral organization. I still want my refund of the house insurance that was taking from my deposit. I thought that the KIA organization was conducting legitimate business. So, the KIA organization accept corruption and scaming people. I need my original financing issues to be corrected. All said and done, the dealer still kept the 2,000 KIA house insurance money and did not make police reports toward the corruption made by your employees. Thank You. Eloisa Cruz 239 245-3474. More
