Rip Off In June 2018 took my car in because my gear was stuck on drive and some warning icons would come on. First they claimed they didn’t know what the icons meant. They performed diagnostic test and said I needed a new transmission. Paid $3700 for a rebuilt transmission. Since they “allegedly” replaced my transmission I have had to take it back THREE TIMES!! Because of the EXACT same thing—GEARS GETTING STUCK ON DRIVE!! Because the gear gets stuck on Drive I CANT STOP THE CAR!! They are incompetent. They are rude. They refuse to give you a loaner car unless you make a fuss!! Just took it back yesterday and today filed a complaint with the State! More
Useless and unprofessional I scheduled an appointment since my car had some lights on. I was told after getting there that they couldn't service it that day since the mechanic a I scheduled an appointment since my car had some lights on. Never again will I deal with this ignorance like this. I don't care where I have to go it'll never be here. More

In July of 2016 I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage. My salesman Teddy Palanco helped me with all the paperwork for this purchase to be the right fit for me. I was extremely happy with Teddy's professionalism. I was transferring my plates from my 12 year old vehicle that I had sold outright. I only had minimal insurance on it. I told Teddy the insurance was going to be transferred to the new Kia with of course collision and comprehensive. He stated yes you have to have this coverage and proceeded to fill out the paperwork and faxed it over to Progressive. Teddy said it was all set and sent me to Finance to sign to pick up the vehicle and I did. On April 27, 2018 a deer ran out in front of my vehicle and it damaged the whole front end. I called my insurance Progressive to file a claim and they told me I had NO COMPREHENSIVE or COLLISION on my brand new 2017 Sportage I was shocked when I heard this information because I knew with Kia being my lien holder and I was financing through them, you CANNOT drive your vehicle off the lot with Out this comp or collision insurance, this is Kia's policy. This started a blame game between Kia and Progressive that has carried on for 2 months now. I have called Kia dealships all over to validate this policy was correct and that Kia had indeed dropped the ball and did not follow protocol when the binder was returned from the insurance company to Kia finance stating the insurance wasn't updated, however again, it was overlooked and I drove my vehicle home. In a last attempt, I have called the General Manager of Kia, FL everyday last week, twice a day, leaving messages for him and his asst, the HR Manager and how important it was to call back. Unfortunately its just not that important for Kia to fess up their mistake and because of this, my vehicle has been rotting in my driveway and I'm making payments on a car that I can't drive. This matter has now gone to the Attorney General and the BBB. So disgusting and sad that Kia won't take responsibility for their mistake. Shame on you Kia!! More

No problems at all After reading all these reviews I had to post one. I am on my second Sorento and have had it for over 2 years now. My first experience was just fine. After reading all these reviews I had to post one. I am on my second Sorento and have had it for over 2 years now. My first experience was just fine. No problems. My second was just as good. Yes it took a little long but in my experience with dealerships they all take their time. My second car was actually a little cheaper in monthly payments, they paid the last 2 payments of my first Sorento, I only had to pay the first month of the new one, and I received a check for $1000.00. It came in the mail and did not take long as one other review stated. Our salesperson was nice. I did have to bring it in for some service but they gave me a loner car, a new Sorento, to use because they had to keep mine overnight. So no problems here. More
