Fantastic with a few bumps Jeff did a great job finding the car I wanted at a price that was acceptable for me. It took him only ah hour to find the exact type of vehicle I nee Jeff did a great job finding the car I wanted at a price that was acceptable for me. It took him only ah hour to find the exact type of vehicle I needed !! The only problem was the people who deal with the financial part didn’t do their job by calling my old loan lender promptly and dealing with them. I also was not informed that I needed to call my old lender and tell them I traded in my car so I ended up paying on a car I no longer have. Now I have to wait 3weeks for a refund. More

Oil change visit feedback Made appointment for 9 am. Got to the service center at 8:50 am. Gave keys and emphasized 9 am appointment. At 10:15 am my cellphone app notified me m Made appointment for 9 am. Got to the service center at 8:50 am. Gave keys and emphasized 9 am appointment. At 10:15 am my cellphone app notified me my car was just started. Which means car was sitting unserviced. Nobody came out to inform me of any delays till went out looking to find out how much longer I have to wait. About 15 min later someone came to tell me they are working on my car. After I asked if there is something wrong with my car since it’s taking so long, I was told by one of the workers he is not the one working with me and doesn't know what’s going on. 15 more min passed till another worker came out to tell me car is ready. No apology, no explanation what service was performed on my car. Got in my car, plastic still on the seat. Pretty much took them 2 hr to get oil change. I was late for work, but more importantly, I am done with this dealership for service or any future purchases. More

Keith and Kane were great My car was making a rumbling noise at 80-85 mph. Keith took a ride with me to make sure he could hear the noise.
