Service department really wants customers to be happy After expressing disappointment over a mistake in my service call, Jeremy and Keith went way out there to make it right. They drove 20+ miles to pick After expressing disappointment over a mistake in my service call, Jeremy and Keith went way out there to make it right. They drove 20+ miles to pick my car up from home, left me a loaner then detailed my car while they had it in for service. The car looked brand new! Oh, and they seem to have fixed some of my concerns with the car. It's service like this that makes me want to stay with KIA of Lansing. I'm an OTR truck driver and it would be a month before I could get back. Their mechanic hearing my plight, and blaming the scheduling computer, clocked back in, and had me back on the road in less than an hour. A+ for the extra mile. More
