Spent $140,000 in one day on 2 cars and now they will not do as promised tp provide extra key which they misplaced. so disappointed. Perhaps the dealership is too big to pay attention to details. Shelton my salesman was fine, his name is not even updated on your list to evaluate. Attention to detail is important. Sad. More
I purchased the Soul completely online. Thus I did not see the car in person until after it was delivered to me. The ad for the Soul stated in the description that there were several opti Thus I did not see the car in person until after it was delivered to me. The ad for the Soul stated in the description that there were several options which weren't on the car. Ad said that there was a Harmon/Kardon sound system, a shelf in rear compartment, also with a cover, heated seats, etc, etc. None of these items were in the car. Since the car was delivered to me, I had no idea. Furthermore, when asked if it had a Harman/Kardon system, Salesman Cody replied yes. This was in my condo. There was another salesman with him which should confirm this (if he is truthful). I have tried numerous times to get things clarified with the Salesman, with little to no success. Also, I made a "deal" of my trade (Sonata with 5K miles) for 14K, plus 16K for a Grand Total of 30K. Of course the finance guy wanted me to take out add ons, for which I refused. I am a 70 year old Veteran and was pleased to "get" a $500 rebate towards the purchase of the car. The final price was shown as $30,444, Not $30,000. I don't know where they came up with that figure, and to this moment, it hasn't been explained thoroughly. I know there are dealer fees/registration/etc. But the agreed upon price was $30,000. I was expecting the $500 Veterans rebate to lower the cost to $29,500. I give one star to Sales, and give zero stars to the Finance Department. Avoid this dealer. More

They messed up the financing, for the sale, the had to put me in a different vehicle than the one that was agreed on at purchasing, they made it right, but it shouldn't have happened. Stephane was your only saving grace through the whole experience. So no next time I'll go elsewhere. More
