Superior Customer Service I arrived and entered the service department. Within seconds, I was speaking to a service writer. He took my information and was given an estimated t I arrived and entered the service department. Within seconds, I was speaking to a service writer. He took my information and was given an estimated time the service would take. He called prior to the estimated time to let me know my vehicle was ready. I returned, took care of the paperwork, was given a verbal and written summary and was able to go. All of this without an Appointment. I will definitely be returning to Fuccillo Kia for all of my future vehicle service needs. Thank you! More
