Mostly great, but an opportunity for improvement. Overall, this was a good experience. So why four stars? I had an appoint with a person about a specific car for 9:00 am. We got there on time and a lady named, Maria greeted us. We told her about the appointment. She said "oh, that person only works online. I will get you started." So right away my distrust began with this person. She did not say that she was a salesperson and with no explanation handed us a bunch of forms. Then out of the blue, she asked us to sign a commitment that we would buy a car from her. Then she told us the specific car we came for wasn't there. It was in stock, however, in another lot. I was wondering why because we were there for a very specific model, the only one in stock. I felt that it should have been there for us to look at and make a decision. She said oh it will be a while. Meanwhile, just fill out the forms. Thankfully, Luis came and immediately turned the situation around. He was so helpful and engaging.. He took the time to explain the process. And we purchased the vehicle. The downside was that this took over 4 hours! I truly love my New Kia Soul! It is such a fun car to drive. I am slightly disappointed that I didn't wait for the next promotion, though. The cruise, TV, Kayak, tablet, bike, etc. So if you wanted to through those in it would be great :) So here is my opinion. Maria was a new salesperson that lacked confidence. Luis is a superior salesperson that was wonderful to work with. Manny was also great. More
