Gene Honeycutt Gene saw me sitting in the service waiting area. He asked a simple question, "how are you doing today?" Well, I went into Fuccillo to get my van fixed Gene saw me sitting in the service waiting area. He asked a simple question, "how are you doing today?" Well, I went into Fuccillo to get my van fixed. i arrived around 840am. i was told by Joe that it would be several hours and i would have to wait in the waiting area or they could take me to the local shopping areas. I said to Joe that my son was having surgery tomorrow (which was Wednesday) and i really needed to get back home to get some things done, can i get a loaner car and come back later in the afternoon or evening? Since my car was supposed to be done by then. Joe said No he couldn't do that. I was pretty upset about that because I was already freaking out about my son and his surgery. I was sitting in a chair tapping my foot (because you know this calms the nerves) and this man, with a smile on, passes by, then says "how are you doing today?" I of course told him all of my woes. Then Gene says, "Ill be right back." He leaves and comes back maybe 10 to 15 mins later, he looks at me and says I'm getting you out of here. I have a little paper work to do, and then you will be out of here.. Like i was breaking out of jail. LOL. Gene followed through with his words- He showed back up a little but later, with keys in hand and paperwork for me to sign. I told him that if my van wasn't done by the afternoon, i wouldn't be able to get back till the weekend, since my son was having surgery and i wasn't going to leave him. Gene simply said with a smile, no problem at all. We will call you this afternoon and if its not ready you can come back when its convenient for you. Gene, turned my day around. I am so thankful Gene walked by when he did and talked to me at the moment that he did. More

From the moment I walked in I had a fantastic experience at this dealership with top notch customer service from Luis Castellanos and Baylor Delgado. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly and my questions and needs were met and then some. They made the entire process easy and worked hard finding exactly what I was looking for. Jean was also very instrumental as he sat on the phone with me for nearly 45 minutes explaining the Lease process. I ordered my car and was expecting it to arrive in 8-10 weeks. To my surprise, my car arrived in less than a 4 weeks!! I am so delighted and can now say that i will be a long time Kia customer. Did i mention that i went to 4 different Kia Dealerships? This is the one i chose and so glad i did! PS: They fed me Oreo cookies! More
