Turning frowns into smiles!!!! My wife and I were out car shopping due to losing her car in an accident and had a terrible experience at a Nissan dealership earlier in the day. And on top of that she wasn't feeling too well being pregnant and all. But, we met Willian and John the Manager who helped turn a bad day into a great one!!! They worked hard to try and make us happy and find the right fit for what we needed and wanted for a new family car. In the end, they came across a 2017 Sorento that brought out the largest smile on my wife's face. She knew and they knew that this was the one! So, everything worked out really well, they helped us tremendously, and showed every sign of a great customer service culture that you normally don't see anymore at car dealerships.
