Asked me what time I could be there to pick up my new Kia Soul?He kept trying until my loan went thru on terms that I needed and am comfortable with. Jackie met me at the door, John met me at my table, smiles all around. Yes, it takes time to process all the paperwork, there is a lot to closing a sale. Fuccillo Kia is a great place to hang out. Friendly, intelligent staff The whole car buying to out the door took over 4 hours; a lengthy time. I knew my financial situation wasn't the greatest, I went in wanting a Sporta The whole car buying to out the door took over 4 hours; a lengthy time. I knew my financial situation wasn't the greatest, I went in wanting a Sportage and drove away in a Soul. The sales staff didn't force me into it, just allowed me to understand that was what I needed to do in order to get a vehicle. When it came time for the "extras" they explained what was available, gave the price, answered my questions, I made my selection and it was done. No pressure to buy. Color selection was very poor; white or an alien. Thankfully they found a black one!!! The bathrooms were dirty and one toilet did not flush. The waiting room needs new magazines. Overall, not too bad for a first time new car buyer. More

I bring my 2 year old in there with me almost every time I am there. I just wish there was more of a toy selection for her to play with. It is a nice enclosed glass area which makes it easy to keep an eye on her. More

Turning a downside into an upside Our daughter had an unfortunate accident with her Kia Soul. Sadly the car was totaled requiring a replacement vehicle.
