WORST SERVICE CENTER IN MY 21 YRS AROUND THE AUTO INDUSTRY I SERVICE PEOPLE VERY POLITE AND NICE TO TALK WITH BUT AND HERE IS WHERE IT GO SOUTH FAST. WHEN YOU TELL THEM CERTAIN YOU LIKE TO HAVE DONE TO YOUR CAR SERVICE PEOPLE VERY POLITE AND NICE TO TALK WITH BUT AND HERE IS WHERE IT GO SOUTH FAST. WHEN YOU TELL THEM CERTAIN YOU LIKE TO HAVE DONE TO YOUR CAR FIRST THING OUT OF THERE MOUTH IS WE HAVE TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC TO VERIFY THE PROBLEM. OK THAT'S FINE BUT WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT IT'S $140 DOLLARS ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE. SECOND THING I'M NOT A ROCKET SCIENTIST BUT BEING AROUND CARS AND WORKING ON THEM I DO KNOW MY WAY AROUND A ENGINE. PLUS WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW YOU TUBE AND INTERNET IS A GREAT SOURCE OF INFORMATION. HERE IS WHERE I GET A LITTLE UPSET. I ALSO VERIFIED FROM OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THESE GUY'S WANTED TO CHARGE OVER $2000 DOLLARS FOR TWO THINGS BEING REPLACED ON MY 2006 SADONA AND WHEN TO A PACE IN RIDLEY PARK SAME PARTS AND INCLUDING LABOR FOR $600 DOLLARS. TALK ABOUT RIP OFF AND THESE PARTS ARE DIRECT FROM KIA. IF I WANTED TO PAY OVER $200 DOLLARD THAT ALMOST A DOWN PAYMENT TO LEASE A NEW CAR. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE THESE PEOPLE SMILE AND THING THAT'S A GREAT PRICE. I WILL NEVER BUY A NEW VEHICLE OR LEASE OR USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN. THIS IS ONLY MY OBSERVATION OF THERE SERVICE CENTER AND ADVISERS. SO THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU A RESTOCK FEE WHEN THE PART WASN'T EVEN DELIVERED TO THE SHOP OR TAKING OUT OF THE BOX.. TO JUST SUM IT UP BUYER / SERVICE BEWARE. More

Qhat an awesome experience After having our vehicle stolen we were forced to go into the market for another vehicle and since Burlington Kia was so good with us and we didn't wa After having our vehicle stolen we were forced to go into the market for another vehicle and since Burlington Kia was so good with us and we didn't want to travel that far we went to Kia of Wilmington this time around. We walked in not knowing what to expect but with the help of Drew and team there we were able to get an approval and in a new 2019 Kia Sorrento with no problem. They were so friendly and helpful and they just made our experience so enjoyable and pleasant. We can't thank them enough for their efforts and dedication to helping us get in a new vehicle. We would recommend Kia 10 times over to anybody in need of vehicle make sure you go see Drew and company at Kia of Wilmington. More

Amazing experience! After the transmission on my husbands car went he was left without a vehicle. We searched for a cheap car to purchase without financing and everything After the transmission on my husbands car went he was left without a vehicle. We searched for a cheap car to purchase without financing and everything we saw had the potential of breaking down within a year. So, I took a leap and talked to a bank about getting a car loan and received an approval for x amount of dollars. My husband and I vsited the Cadillac dealer across from this Kia to look at used cars with my approval in hand. Mr. Hoyle helped us look at a couple used cars on their lot. He got the sense that my husband was not happy and stopped and asked “What are you really looking for? Don’t worry about the bank.” And my husband explained what he wanted in a vehicle and within the next hour we were driving off the Kia lot with a brand new car and a better approval with much lower interest. I am so happy and cannot wait Until it’s time to purchase our next vehicle! We will definitely see Mr. Hoyle and his team again! Thank you for everything! More
