worst dealership ever. Don't expect customer service. Don't expect them to fulfill promises (like calling you back) No one greets you when you walk in. While you're waiting (3 hours for us), no one came to tell us it would be a long wait. The most we got was "Drive slow on your way over here". All we needed was for someone to say "We are severely backed up, it may be a long wait"... we would have gone to have dinner, seen a movie... SOMETHING except waiting in that lobby with obnoxious rap music playing. I called Customer Service Manager, Lauren. She initially helped, but then didn't answer phone calls. I then called Lisa Joslin three times, whom I was told was the General manager... I never received a call back. When I ran into Lisa on the day we signed our lease I asked her why she didn't return my phone calls she said, "Oh, I was off" ... I said I called two days ago and left you several messages... her answer? "oh, I haven't checked my messages in three days". really? Sad.... Once my lease is up I will never again come here. We eve bought our accessories from New City Nissan just to avoid these sad, lazy people. More

Maintenance Check Indicator My wife was concerned when the light came on intermittently. When I didn't heed it, it became solid to which she asked me to call and inquire what it My wife was concerned when the light came on intermittently. When I didn't heed it, it became solid to which she asked me to call and inquire what it was for. She took the car in and was surprised how quickly Nissan serviced the oil change (which we found out that was what the warning light was. The service people were very friendly and informative and gave clear instructions. Kind of disappointed that the car wash was down and they were waiting for parts to come in. Would be nice to get a call back when it's running again! More

There is a known code fix and would have appreciated installing the fix before I drove off the lot. Although the Service Team was really good and found me a rental to use, I am quite dissapointed in having to experience this with a brand new car. More
