I was initially satisfied with the service only to find out that the windshield wiper fluid that I requested be refilled was not refilled. I was assured that it would be done so I didn't check before I lef out that the windshield wiper fluid that I requested be refilled was not refilled. I was annoyed that someone left dirty gloves (unintentional) but during these times they should be more careful. On a positive note, John did call me to keep me posted on the progress which was a plus. More

I was delivered a car from NY to the Philadelphia area in 06/19/2020. A scratch was found on the car at the time of the delivery. For several days now, the company Kings INFINITI refuses to take responsibi 06/19/2020. A scratch was found on the car at the time of the delivery. For several days now, the company Kings INFINITI refuses to take responsibility for repairs. Delivery of new cars with scratches is absolutely unacceptable in terms of adequate service. Awful company. I do not recommend anyone to use its services. Still, I am waiting for the reaction of its representatives. More
