American Greed I received my car in a condition worse, than I brought it to the shop. I have to take it to a professional mechanic for the repairs, after I paid almost $3 000 to Kings Infinity. They made a steering wheel loose and the car is pulling to the right like crazy. No wheel alignment was done, in spite of my request. They charged me for tires replacement which was caused by defected wheel bearings and should be covered by warranty. I was their loyal customer for mor than 10 years, I never had any problems before. With a new manager JOHN RUSSO, the quality and good reputation went down the toilet. Sloppy job, cut corners, complete neglect of their duties, misleading customers, inflating charges. Ripping off seniors, women and kids is their slogan. More
