Victor was nice but now I'm hearing the same noise when I apply my brakes and an issue I had a few months ago and came in for service has now resurfaced. That is when the car is in drive and idling with the apply my brakes and an issue I had a few months ago and came in for service has now resurfaced. That is when the car is in drive and idling with the AC on, there is a cracking sound. Very annoying. I'm not at all satisfied. My issue is would I be charged again for service. More
