Not impressed Coming from infiniti where you have a more personable experience i was not impressed with the facility and service. It is not personable and the staff as a whole are not welcoming. You dont get a print out for your complimentary car inspection to know whats going. I was told verbally what my car needed. It doesnt appear that my car was serviced in the order in which i came to the appointment ( i was on time). It took approx 3 hrs, if not more,for an oil change. Also, no complimentary car wash given to cars here at this location. I wasnt impressed! Lastly, i would have been charged $50 for my oil change. However, on the company website where i booked the appt there was an offer for half the price. They would have let me pay $50 had i not mentioned and went through the hassle to print out the coupon. Nothing towards our service advisor Singh. This my review of Kings Nissan as a whole. More

Great help Nissan met my needs and were very helpful. I’m very happy with nissian that this has been my 3rd Sentra. Look forward to continue using Nissan. Horrible service The first time I came to put the part which I bought at Nissan parts on my car ,the service associate named Mark was (very rude ) told me that I don’ The first time I came to put the part which I bought at Nissan parts on my car ,the service associate named Mark was (very rude ) told me that I don’t need an appointment to put the part on and that I can come any day before 3 pm and mechanic will put part on .I said that I work till 4 pm and he told me (“that is my business”). I am a customer and you can not be rude with me because you have to do your job . If you don’t like your job, find something else to do but don’t be nasty the people that paying $$$ for the service you suppose to provide. I came back next day at 12:30 pm and was told that I had to make an appointment and that everyone at lunch and they have a lot of other cars to fix before me because they had made an appointments and I have to come another day. Supervisor heard our conversation and said the only thing he can do is let me leave the car for 3-4 hr ( 30 min labor ) More
