Brought my car in for service wasn’t very welcoming but it was ok explained what issues I was having I was shocked to see they don’t offer any other means of transportation or even a shuttle service. About two hours later my service advisor advised me the car was ready when I arrived my advisor was out another service advisor was sitting there took a little for him to acknowledge me but he handed me my receipt I asked what was done he stated a recall I asked what about this issue I was having he said year it’s fine and that was it told me car was poutsidr no direction I got a follow up call from extremely pleasant women I Believe her name was Melville extremely understanding of my concerns I was advised that in A few days the service manager would call me back it has been a little over a week and no phone call and now I have another issue with the car a little more courtesy goes a long way More
