Karim Aga was my salesman and was polite, helpful and I made the deal with him and Dave V. Invitsky in a matter of about half an hour. i wanted to lease a Nissan Rouge sv, and they gave me a even better deal on a Nissan Rouge sv midnight. I’m so happy. I am enjoying my Nissan Rouge sv midnight VERY MUCH! I LOVE IT! Thank you Karim and King’s Nissan !!! More

Inept and chaotic This review is specifically with regards to the Service department and not the Sales Department. Within the last 2 months, i have had to go back fo This review is specifically with regards to the Service department and not the Sales Department. Within the last 2 months, i have had to go back for some service related issue 3 times. Most recently, I have had to deal with the most inept and borderline unethical service agents at this place. The first issue i had was incorrect diagnosis. My car kept shutting off and I was told it was not battery related. Paid for diagnoses fees and was told i needed new brakes are rotors which i had replaced. Thereafter, I was asked to pay to repair a feature which was on the recall list. A few weeks later, i take the car back to the dealership and turns out it was the battery. Third visit was due to noise around the rotors which i had previously installed. I was told by Rohan that is was not related to the rotors because i never had rotors done( I have a bill to show for it). Thereafter i was hit with another bill for something else. I asked to speak to a manager, i was transferred to Chris who said he would look into the matter personally and get back to me. I am still waiting for a call back. I have never had a more painful experience with a dealership. From constant lack of clarity and poor communication between agents to just plain disregard from Chris the manager to complete and utter ineptitude from Rohan. Chris told me service agents don't diagnose car problems and yet when one of our key fobs wasn't working, Rohan proceeds to tell us what the problem is without having spoken to a mechanic. Get it together. More
