Kings nissan needs to take responsibility for the hiccups, I left my car back in November 10th and picked it up December 10, 30 full days, first they changed the price of the repair, unacceptable, th hiccups, I left my car back in November 10th and picked it up December 10, 30 full days, first they changed the price of the repair, unacceptable, they had to speak to the owner to see if they could lower the price after the supposedly new guy messed up, and this hole time the service manager was the one supervising him, the mananger even went over the price with me, they called me a day later that they messed up the price, it went from 2400 to 2900, I waited a week for the engine and a week for them to install it, I called because no one ever calls from this place, only to see how things are doing, not to update you with information. They told me that the engine came in defective and I had to wait another week and another week to get it installed, now I am a bit frustrated and asked for a loaner, they said that they don’t have loaners. I mean, take responsibility when you mess up and make things right, More
