I'd like to start by thanking Bianca, she promised me something and pulled through, (You are fabulous!!!) as well as the gentleman at the front desk. There were also a few other gentlemen that assisted something and pulled through, (You are fabulous!!!) as well as the gentleman at the front desk. There were also a few other gentlemen that assisted and were very nice as well - Kuddos to them for sure. After these pleasant interactions I give you guys a 10. Literally turned this spicy Latina into a fan, lol. I felt WAY better after speaking with Bianca, as she empathized with me and I felt it was genuine. I appreciate that a lot.
