Dear Sir, In response to your negative review. I was informed about the situation that occurred on Sunday. I am sorry you were not happy about the trade appraisal after the vehicle was looked at closely. To be honest with you, I really had a bad feeling about your car after you mentioned that we were having the vehicle transported on a carrier. I have been in the car industry for over 15 year and I have never experienced someone not driving their vehicle to the dealership that they are trading it in to, 350 miles added would not be a deal breaker. It was also brought to my attention that you operated a car dealership at one point. Taking that in mind, I was shocked to hear that you were upset with the post trade appraisal we offered you. My guys looked at your vehicle and it was not in the condition you explained it to be. It had an oil leak that was addressed and you physically saw it with your own eyes, a bad window regulator and at a signs of electrical issues (heated seats, heat & A/C, and headlights would come on and off) that was concerning. You also did not mention the bumper was scratched up and all four tires needed to be replaced. You stated that the vehicle was “in pristine condition and free of any mechanical or cosmetic problems”. This was NOT the case. In regards to the Carfax, we provide FREE Carfax to all of our clients and was publically available on our website. We are a very transparent dealership and expect the same from our clients who are trading in their vehicle. I was also informed that you threatened my company, saying that you have lots of power in this industry and for us to watch our back. I do not appreciate you using those words to my staff. That was completely uncalled for.

Well I feel the need to explain my transporting the vehicle there. I transported my car there because I chose not to drive and put the miles on the vehicle. I chose to do this for my own reasons. I still currently run a major dealership and allways have my vehicles transported when I purchase them as well to avoid any additional miles and damage.. I wanted to speak to you when I was there since your employee couldnt make any decisions. But all he could say is you wouldnt answer your phone. If one of my guys call me about a deal I make it a point to answer my phone to address any concerns with my dealership and reputaion. I was shocked to see that I agreed to buy your car via the pictures and condition you stated on your website as well as you agreeing to purchase mine based on photos and condition. How about when I get there you have 2,500 miles higher on the Mercedes and the carfax shows a accident and the exterior had scratches on the outside mirrors and a small dent in the passenger rear quarter panel. The point is your dealership assumed that since I took the drive upo there that you could try to pick my vehicle apart. Major oil leaks, electrical issues and window. let me tell you when I started the car 4 times in a row for your guys there was no electrical problems there is no oild still in my garage from your so called major oil leak and my miles are still low. Thank God I did not drive my vehicle up there since I have only put about 5,000 miles on it in Five years. Remember my car was not a average car it was over $90,000 new so the mileage is low because I choose not to just drive it everywhere. My advise to you and others who choose to take a trip like I did. One Is to make yourself available when your customers need answers since your employess are powerless to make decisions. Second Know who your dealing with when you try to renegotiate your agreed upon sales transaction. and last but not least when someone goes to buy a $40,000 used vehicle from you represent your miles and damaged carfax up front before you start bashing there trade. please tell me your name as well my name is Jerome
