I received excellent service from sales, financing, and the service department. Last year I had an issue with my previous car (one I bought from a different dealership) and I could not get into the service the service department. She put my mind at ease while my car was being serviced on. She did everything she can to make it affordable for myself. I appreciated her excellent customer service so much. Flash forward to this year... I was looking for a new van. My husband, my daughter and myself walked into Klaben one night and Carl greeted us and helped us out immediately. He listened to our concerns and helped us pick out a used van. He worked with us on our budgeting and trade in of my old car. Again, he went above and beyond for us and it made our car buying experience so easy and not stressful at all. He took care of all our concerns. We bought our used Pacifica van last night and we love it! He made sure to go over every feature the van had to offer and took time to do so. I appreciate all the work he did for my family. Brian in the finance department was awesome to work with. He was quick yet efficient and made sure to explain everything to myself very thoroughly. I recently traded in my vehicle for a Dodge Grand Caravan. I normally deal with Klaben Ford who have always taken great care of myself and other family members. I contacted Dave Mott at Klaben Ford. Carl was excellent! He tried everything to get me back into my wrangler but it just didn’t work. I will go back to Carl when my lease is up to get back into a wrangler. Stopped in to kill time and browse the showroom while our vehicle was being serviced. We were greeted by Scott who, along with Carl, answered all of our questions and helped us browse the different Jeep mod vehicle was being serviced.
