We had considered trading in a 2 year old Mazda, and really were not at all in the market for a new car. Our car just needed some basic maintenance. I am not one to put much investment in "we got a great deal on our car" bc though the car buying experience is a personal one for the buyer, it is a business deal for the dealer. However, the terms of purchase and equipment of the new vehicle were so reasonable we had no reason to pass this up or to haggle with them--which I am one to do since we are very budget conscious! In fact, this entire transaction was completed over the phone, which I'm amazed I allowed myself to do. After speaking on the phone 24 hours earlier with the salesman, we drove to the dealership, gave the car a look over and test drive, and out the door we went, turned over the keys to the Mazda and out the door we went. He was knowledgeable, I shopped at literally every Dodge dealer in Northeast Ohio for my new Grand Caravan. Nick was the best salesman I dealt with. He was knowledgeable, honest and worked to find the one I wanted. He didn’t pressure me into a decision and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
