Not only was the dealership beautifully, easy to shop at, and filled with friendly people, Carl turned out to be a true gem! He was personable and extremely knowledgeable, guiding me through the different Jeep models and allowing me to take several vehicles for a spin! On the test drives, I felt relaxed, and he answered all of my questions with ease. Upon deciding on my vehicle, Carl made sure the process was streamlined, while explaining every step along the way. Kim Devlin handled my paperwork, and she was sweet and very thorough in her explanations of what I was signing, while executing the paperwork in a timely fashion so I could get into my car as soon as possible! Kim was a true delight, and when my paperwork is done, she handed me some much needed bags to clear out my trade car. While I waited for my vehicle to arrive freshly cleaned and gassed up, the guys at the sales counter were fun to talk to and shared in my excitement for my first Klaben car! My new Jeep Compass arrived in a couple of short minutes, and Carl was there to pair my phone and go over all of the features, which he knew a great deal about and explained to me before I hit the road. You know I loved my experience when they offered to mail me my plates, but instead I have chosen to go back to the dealership to pick them up just because I want to say thank you again. I can't wait to send my husband in when his lease is up to share the wonderful experience I had. A million thank you's to Carl, Kim, and the whole crew! More
