I called initially inquiring about a specific car, and by the time we arrived Ken had the car pulled up and met us as we stepped onto the lot with a smile and a handshake. He gave us all the necessary information and answered every question we had letting us look over the car and take it out for a test drive right away. Then, when it came to actually purchasing the car he was honest and straight to the point with us, kept it simple and quick which was much appreciated! They worked so much with us to keep it in our price range which means a lot for a recent college grad. Every person we encountered at the dealership was helpful, personable, and generally just interested in us having a good experience at their dealership, and we really did! He contacted me after hours when I asked him to and went above and beyond to make me happy. 4 people also came up to me introduced themselves and thanked me for my business. Tony even went to the store before I arrived from Columbus and bought me an air freshener with his own money. Tony will get my first call for my next vehicle. The whole staff was great. Happy happy!
