Thank you Mr. Morello for your feed back regarding your experience with your radio issue. I understand your frustration with the entire process and truly apologize for it. I too find this scenario unacceptable. This will be used as a coaching tool when your concern is addressed with those team members that were involved. Moving forward, as we discussed, I have already reached out to Chrysler engineering and asked for guidance on the concern. The radio will be replaced with a new unit and as we discussed when the parts are in I will make arrangements to pick up your vehicle, leave you a vehicle to drive and then deliver yours back to you once the repairs are complete.
