Most AMAZING car buying experience in my life! I was refereed to Klaben by many family members who had bought vehicles there. They all told me to make sure to deal with Gilbert because he was not l I was refereed to Klaben by many family members who had bought vehicles there. They all told me to make sure to deal with Gilbert because he was not like other car salesman. I called Gilbert the night before I was coming in to set up an appointment for the following day and to tell him what I was interested in. The next day I arrived at the dealership with my 9 year old son. The vehicle I described to Gilbert was already parked near the show room waiting for me to inspect. I walked around the vehicle with Gilbert and explained every option to me and how they worked. After seeing that vehicle he allowed me to walk to other similar vehicles to let me see what other options and colors were available. He not only answered all the questions I had but also answered all of the questions my 9 year old son had as well. He truly made him feel like a big part of the purchase experience. After discussing all of our options we ended up deciding on the original vehicle Gilbert showed us. We headed inside the dealership to finalize pricing and payment options. The entire time he made sure we're comfortable and even got a juice box for my son to drink while we waited. The process to this point was the simplist I have ever had and this I the 9th vehicle I have purchased in my life. Once we were through with Gilbert we were set down with Brian ( the finance guy). He thoroughly went over all the finance papers with us to make we were clear on what we were signing and the terms we were agreeing to. There were no games played by either representative of Klaben. They were both up front, honest, and forth coming. They truly made this the easiest car buying experience of my life and showed my 9 year old how much fun buying a new vehicle should be! I will highly recommend Klaben Chrysler to all my friends and family just like my family did to me. They truly deserve the 5 star rating I am giving them. If shopping for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge do not hesitate to stop and see them and make sure to ask for Gilbert! More

Fast and enjoyable car buying experience at Klaben Jeep! I was interested in trading in my old 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the year end close out. I contacted Klabe I was interested in trading in my old 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the year end close out. I contacted Klaben Jeep through the website that I was interested in a specific vehicle. I received a quick response from John Coco who invited me to come in and look at it. I came in and we went to his office. I told him I wasn't interested in the back and forth game and just wanted the best price on their vehicle and what they would give me for my trade in. John said, "Great! We don't play the back and forth game either". 20 minutes later I had the deal in writing. I went home to discuss it with my wife. I emailed him the next morning to say I thought it was a very fair deal and I would like to do business tonight at 6 PM when I got off work. He emailed me back with a list of documents I needed to bring. After work, I arrived at Klaben Jeep at 6 PM. John had the navigation system and tow package already installed and the paperwork was on the desk. I signed the paperwork, retrieved my personal items out of my old car, put them in the new car, John Coco sat with me in the vehicle and explained every feature to me and thanked me for my business and I was home by 8 PM. Very professional! One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I was never pressured. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Thanks John! More
