I went in a few months ago looking for a 2015 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. After a few days of researching and coming up empty for my specs, he let me know it would be a few months until what I was looking for could be made and shipped. At no time did he try to push me into something else just to make a sale now, and even when I started to waiver and express that I might compromise on what I wanted in order to get it sooner, he urged me to be patient, reminding me that I wouldn't be as happy if did so. When the car finally came in (earlier than I was expecting) he texted me a picture of it! The day I picked the car up went smoothly and painlessly. Don and the Klaben team made sure that everything was in order. In fact, the car apparently had a very minor ding on a rear door. Rather than ignore it, they took care of it and still had it ready to go on time. Thanks again Don and the rest of the Klaben team! More
