Most professional repair visit I've ever had! Took my Jeep Patriot in for an oil leak and a tire rotation. My service writer Joe Hillard was courteous, professional and caring. He promptly assigned my Jeep to Mike Hall for the repair and inspection. Mike was very thorough and discovered a rear brake issue. They fixed my oil leak, rear brakes and provided me with a more than fair price. Joe kept me informed of the progress as I waited for my Jeep. The Service Manager Mike VanHoose personally thanked me for coming in and having my Jeep serviced there. WOW!!! I will not hesitate bringing my Jeep here when it needs any other work. What a TEAM! During this time I contacted Don Jacobs, who handled the sale for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee, for some advice. Don seemed to understand the need for safety and reliability for my elderly mother in her new car. He went above and beyond in helping us. We then met with Tim and Buddy again and purchased the car.
