We bought our first one just last August and My wife and I have now bought our 2nd Jeep Wrangler from Chuck Lindon and Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We bought our first one just last August and we love it. When we decided to buy our second one just 10 months later, we didn't have to bother with shopping around for a dealer and sales agent. Working with Chuck and the Klaben staff the first time was a great experience so we didn't have any reason to go anywhere else. All we did was call Chuck and asked him to find us another Jeep but this time in a 2 door, and by that afternoon he located the one we ended up buying. Now that's great service! I don't recall ever feeling as confident in my deal with a vehicle before. Don Jacobs took the time to review all the pertinent information right up front to put an offer in front of me in a very short period of time. Honestly I was in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours with a new leased Ram Big Horn that both exceeded my needs as well as hitting my number for a monthly payment. From Don in sales, to the sales manager, finance manager to the owner who personally thanked me, everyone made an effort to ensure that my experience was the best it could possibly be.
