That being said, I just finished purchasing my 3rd new vehicle from Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge in a little over 4 years. I was referred to Don Jacobs, and his son Caleb from someone in the auto business. Needless to say, I was very pleased with both Don and Caleb. They spent considerable time answering all of my questions and concerns. There was no pressure or hard sell as one typically equates to car sales. They even called me a couple times after the sale to follow up . That's why I keep coming back to Klaben. I am a big believer in loyalty...good service/treatment results in repeat business. There is no doubt in my mind that when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle (probably in the next 18-24 months) I will be back to see Don and Caleb at Klaben. I will strongly recommend both Don and Caleb to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More

I was less than a year away from replacing my old Jeep, but I took his card based on how my daughter's experience with Klaben went. Just last week, I called Chuck. He remembered who I was, and I described over the phone exactly what I was looking for options-wise. He told me over the phone what he currently had on the lot, and promised a more in-depth call when he could narrow something down for me. He returned my call shortly afterwards and I made an appointment to look at a few of the Patriots that had the options I had wanted. Chuck is about as friendly and personable as a guy can be. He knows the vehicles inside and out and thoroughly answered any questions and concerns I had. Ended up trading in our old Jeep Liberty for a new Jeep Patriot. They gave us a very fair trade-in allowance, which was a pleasant surprise. This was without a doubt, the BEST car buying experience I've had in my 51 years on this planet.
