First time lease experience. Being a first time leaser we chose Klaben from advise from friends and our own research. It was not in vain. He didn't try to steer us toward a vehicle that would tax our budget. He was honest when he wasn't sure of an answer and quickly found the answer for us. He is very knowledgeable about all of the features of the truck we were looking at. Once we decided to lease the vehicle, he took a very generous amount of time to explain all of the features, how they work, and why. I look forward to dealing with Klaben and Don Jacobs again. Once the lease was complete, he made us feel welcome to call or email him with any questions in the future. We actually drove out of the lot with a full tank of gas, to our surprise. After having spent some time online researching vehicles, taking the one I liked and wanted on a test drive, and sitting down with Chuck Lindon to go over some of the options, I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured into making a purchase. Church was very easy going, allowing me to talk my way through the sale rather then pushing me into it. In a word, I was comfortable. He helped renew my faith in Klaben. More

Surprised! I had an appointment @3pm 5/4/2015 to bring in my 2015 Chrylser 200 for an oil change. I ran some errands and was running earlier that I thought, I ar I had an appointment @3pm 5/4/2015 to bring in my 2015 Chrylser 200 for an oil change. I ran some errands and was running earlier that I thought, I arrived at Klaben Chrysler Service Dept at 2:30pm. With that in mind I knew that I would have to wait because they looked quite busy and I was ok with that, after all I was early, to my surprise at 3pm Justin had called out my name and the oil change was completed. I was surprised and definitely not expecting it to be completed that quickly. Always a pleasure to stop in at Kalben's Service Dept, whether it be for service or just to say Hello...always a family atmosphere. Justin is a awesome Service Advisor and is always friendly and smiling. No matter the mood with customers towards Justin...He always listens...expresses his concerns and handles situations with the upmost sincerity and concern for the customer. More
