Caleb made this process as quickly and efficient as he possibly could My husband went to Klaben to turn in my lease and get an SUV for my new vehicle. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot so the dealership searched until they found my car. They sent someone to pick it up and it was ready for delivery exactly when they said it would be. Courtney then went over everything in the car and even synced my phone for me. Brian Franklin went over my lease details and answered all of my questions. He was prepared with all the paper work, which made the experience stress-free. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.
