On Sunday 7/27 my husband stooped in and saw the 2013 Dodge Avenger.. right price, low miles.... could not wait for Monday.. I know Andrew Alderson.. he recommend Courtney Means to help.. so happy he did. Courtney is very friendly .. This is 1st newer car we have every brought in 40 years. So we where a little nervous but exited,, that it would out well.. It worked GREAT.. Good place to buy a new or used Chrysler product. A used Town and Country is more or less of a market price item. That being said, I do think that Mr. Jacobs tried to ensure my business by giving me A used Town and Country is more or less of a market price item. That being said, I do think that Mr. Jacobs tried to ensure my business by giving me the best price he could. We did not have protracted haggling, but were both pleased with the outcome. Mr. Jacobs part in the transaction was excellent. The processing at the dealership to close the deal left something to be desired in its timeliness. Klaben needs to rethink how too move paperwork through the process. If there has been a number of buyers waiting there would be plenty of time to reflect and perhaps cancel the deal. Overall, I was happy, and especially with Mr. Jacobs' efforts. I would also like to commend Justin Stinnett in service for his responsiveness and help. More
