well this isnt the first time I have left my vehicle with the dealership only to discover after picking up my vehicle having dirty footprints on my seats and floor area and having a strong chemical odor of s the dealership only to discover after picking up my vehicle having dirty footprints on my seats and floor area and having a strong chemical odor of some sort. don't have much confidence when I leave my vehicle there that it's being taken care of as it should be. they didnt see if any of my fluids needed topped off or if my tires needed air, that's just plain having good service by doing those things. etc. More

I had some issues with my new Wrangler and the service department figured the problem and solved it. Kim helped us when she worked across the street at Klqben Ford, and now at Klaben Jeep. When the steering issues were tough to correct, Kim assigned Mike to the problem. Mike's been around for a while and knew what to try....success!
