Smoke from front wheel area Justin was awesome! I wasn't sure what was going on with my Jeep. I had it towed to the service center and Justin took every precaution to make sure Justin was awesome! I wasn't sure what was going on with my Jeep. I had it towed to the service center and Justin took every precaution to make sure there wasn't a problem. We still don't know what caused the smoking but I felt comfortable driving it after all of time taken to make sure I would be safe. Justin also called me the following week to make sure I wasn't having any more problems. This is why I will always take my vehicle to Klaben. More

He goes above & beyond making sure my car is squared away & that I have everything I need. Being in a wheelchair can often be a very unaccommodating experience when taking your car in for service, but Joe & his team go out of their way to make sure everything is easy to access in providing a smooth & enjoyable experience. Go See Justin! I had a couple of issues with my 2018 Cherokee, but Justin made the experience completely painless. From his communication with what was going on with my truck, to getting me shuttled home so I didn't have to wait in the lounge too long, to the attention he gave my toddler so she had a good experience too! Definitely going back and definitely recommending!! I even enjoyed being driven home. The young lady that drove, I believe her name was Whitney, was super friendly. She was very helpful getting my daughter's carseat clipped in and showed genuine concern with what my vehicle was doing too. More

Poor service resulting in unsafe car on the road I brought my car to this location to get a lot of work done on my undercarriage, When i got my car back i was told everything was taken care of and no I brought my car to this location to get a lot of work done on my undercarriage, When i got my car back i was told everything was taken care of and no issues were reported to me. Two months later my drivers side tie Rod snapped when i was pulling out of a parking space. Klaben repaired my car "Under warranty" and put me back on the road, the next day I was taking a large trip and did not feel safe in my car, I stopped at the closest Jeep dealer (more than an hour away from Klaben) who gladly took care of me, turns out Klaben did not replace my broken tie rod, instead they bolted the existing part back together, the Amherst dealership also showed me that the passenger side needed to be replaced as well. None of this was communicated to me by Klaben and I am very upset that they let me drive a car that is a hazard to me and others around me on the road. Klaben did pay for the repair done at the Amherst dealer which I do appreciate, However If Klaben was upfront with me about the issues my car had, and informed me that my car was unsafe to drive I would have gladly moved forward in purchasing a car from their dealership, instead I have lost trust in this dealer and would be more inclined to drive the extra hour to the helpful dealership in Amherst. More
